Sedum House is a sustainable venue incorporating recycled materials, a living Sedum Roof, energy efficient heating and lighting, natural ventilation, and floor to ceiling windows to maximise natural light. It is enviably located near Junction 3 of the M18 being easy to find and equally accessible by car or public transport, situated just 2 miles from Doncaster Railway Station/ Bus Interchange. The meeting rooms have calming views over the adjoining 500 acre Potteric Carr Nature Reserve.

Location
Approximately 1 mile from Junction 3 of the M18 and 2 miles from Doncaster town centre. Doncaster train station approximately 10 minutes by taxi. Bus number 72 runs from Doncaster Interchange every 30 minutes. Robin Hood Airport is approximately 20 minutes drive away. Bus number 350 runs hourly to Doncaster.

73 on site parking spaces including 7 dedicated disabled spaces. Secure bike parking and a shower are also available.
 
Leisure Facilities

Sedum House is next to the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust's Potteric Carr Nature Reserve. The 500 acre reserve has many signposted footpaths and walkways and a wide range of habitats from open water and marshland to woodland with interesting wildlife including many birds. Access to the reserve is via Sedum House.
