October will see the unveiling of a dynamic and diverse exhibition at Cusworth Hall Doncaster - 'Opposites Attract'. Visitors to the Hall will be able to view a collaboration between two of Yorkshire’s finest artists Ashley Jackson and Graham Ibbeson from Saturday 6 October -  Sunday 2 June 2013. Welcome to Doncaster

Doncaster is an historic market town, with a rich horseracing and railway heritage. Founded in AD 71 by the Romans due to its strategic position on the River Don, transport and connectivity continue to play an important part to this day.The town of Doncaster sits at the very heart of a vast metropolitan area, consisting of green open spaces, nature reserves and an amazing variety of flora and fauna.

Doncaster includes ancient villages and towns such as Conisbrough and Tickhill, both of which have Norman castles.
